Practice Operations Coordinator

Role Scope:
We are looking for a Practice Operations Coordinator, reporting to the VP of Practice Operations, responsible for the synchronization of all Practice Operations workstreams involved in a successful and sustainable PACE program operation. This role includes maintaining project plans, tracking and management, dashboards and reports, material preparations, research, and meeting coordination. Must be able to work well in a fast, team-based setting. Occasional travel to PACE center(s) may be required.

- Continue to raise the bar. Constructively seek and share feedback and help us implement changes in order to improve clinical outcomes and experience for participants.
- Exhibit and honor Habitat’s values.
- Manage oversight of Practice Operations project plans, includes tracking and timelines.
- Develop standard reporting and dashboard management.
- Responsible for assisting with material creation for trainings and meetings and will maintain database of materials.
- Must be agile, fast-learning, and innovative.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Management, public health, business administration, or other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with project management in a health care organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Proof of valid CA driver’s license, personal transportation, good driving record and auto insurance as required by State law. (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous PACE experience preferred.
- Bilingual: Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.
- A state issued driver’s license, personal transportation, and auto insurance as required by law.
Location:
- California (Remote or Hybrid)
Compensation:
We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - 90,000 annually. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
