Role Scope:
We are looking for our first marketing and communications hire to:
- Partner with Vice President to lead management of agencies, such as to:

- Develop and distribute internal and external marketing and promotional items for use to build brand awareness, such as non-digital advertising or printed marketing collateral
- Drive our digital strategy, with the support of agencies as relevant:

- Collaborate with web platform provider to continue to build out website, resolve website design issues, address various internal and external stakeholder needs for the web

- Develop and oversee digital and content marketing strategies / campaigns, including paid search

- Incorporate SEO best practices into content to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for targeted keywords

- Maintain all Habitat Health online presence, including social media, directories, etc.
- Shepherd Habitat Health’s overall brand identity and promise
- Leverage consumer and industry insights to develop more powerful participant communications, brand programming, etc.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state marketing regulations for PACE, including receiving required regulatory approval for marketing materials
- Lead the development and delivery of participant-facing and corporate communications, including press releases and other public announcements

- Partner with other operations leaders to best leverage public relations, events, and other company activities as it relates to marketing efforts (e.g., leadership interviews, center events)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Marketing /Communications; with a strong focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Experience working in a healthcare start-up preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Comfort writing clear, engaging, and actionable content for key audiences (participants, caregivers, providers, investors)
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Compensation:
We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The expected salary range for this position is $130,000K – 160,000K. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
