Role Scope:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who can support a smooth and effective working environment for our team, and ensure that any administrative needs are taken care of promptly. An ideal candidate takes pride in how effectively we work with business partners, the experience that we provide to our program’s participants / patients, and supporting their fellow team members.
- Schedule and coordinate center programs, providing support for meetings and events setups
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, voicemails, and faxes
- Support inventory and ordering for a variety of center functions.
- Welcome participants and visitors in a warm, friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information to callers. Respond to inquiries regarding center’s program details
- Maintain participant records, documentation and collaborative planning with members of the inter-disciplinary team.
- Assist with participant registration and enrollment processes, and coordinate transportation arrangements for participants as needed
Qualifications:
- Min of 2 years experience in administrative assistant/reception experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 360
- Ability to work collaboratively with inter-disciplinary team and interact with participants of varying abilities
- Empathy and patience in dealing with participants and their families
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of PACE
- Background in healthcare facility administration
Compensation:
We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The expected salary range for this position is $24 - $28. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
