Role Scope:
We are looking for a well qualified Infrastructure and Security Systems Administrator. Scope includes:
- Installing hardware and software for the network
- Assigning and updating security permissions for the system network
- Keeping systems operating efficiently by performing any necessary upgrades and repairs
- Optimizing and evaluating the system regularly.
- Training or directing users on the correct use of software and hardware within the system
- Performing problem-solving tasks when alerted by a user or monitoring system
- Consulting with CISO on a strategy to maintain system security on the computers and the network as a whole
- Managing day to day relationships with Technology Managed Services Operations vendors
- Providing input on new site builds relative to Information Technology requirements
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in an Microsoft 365 environment
- 3-5 years of experience managing networks. Technologies include Cisco Meraki, Velo SDWAN, and Fortinet.
- 3-5 years of experience in providing hardware specifications for end users and network equipment.
- 3-5 years of experience managing automated software distribution to end user devices
- 3-5 years of IT asset management experience.
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience in a start up or similar environment where one needs to take the initiative to solve problems whether obviously within your scope or not.
- Experience managing Managed Services Operations vendors
Nice to have:
- Experience in Clinical or Health Plan environments, and related compliance requirements
- Experience in providing requirements for site builds
- Experience in Epic and other clinical systems
Compensation:
We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The expected salary range for this position is $143,000 - $169,000 and is a bonus-eligible position. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
