Role Scope:
The Growth team focuses on amplifying the impact of the PACE model of care by educating about and expanding access to the program. Our team manages the end-to-end process of identifying, attracting, engaging with, assessing, and enrolling new participants. The Senior Manager, Growth Strategy & Operations will support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in support of the team’s mission.
Core Responsibilities & Expectations for the Role
- Drive strategic growth initiatives (comprehensively from analyses & research, recommendations, stakeholder alignment, operational alignment, to rollout) across activities related to expanding the participant population, such as:
- New market strategy
- Top-of-funnel referral generation
- Operational improvements across the enrollment journey
- Call center strategy & operations
- Program design input
- Seamless handover to care teams
- Design of new operational processes
- Support partner management (e.g., Kaiser Permanente, our JV partner in California) including owning key relationships, building collaborative tools and workflows to educate/enable clinicians and refer patients who may benefit from PACE, and problem solving operational challenges
- Support development and management of key Growth platforms and tools (including Salesforce and EPIC)
- Support regular reporting and performance tracking, monitor success, elicit feedback and input on initiatives, and identify opportunities for / drive continuous iteration and improvement
- Collaborate across the organization, including supporting key strategic decisions and building assets related to clinical operations, participant experience and journey, health plan operations, and product development as they intersect with growth priorities
- Facilitate cross-functional & external stakeholder engagement to align on and drive progress against key initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience, such as in health care delivery at a high-growth startup or consulting for health care payers & providers
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, with ability to excel in a fast-paced, unstructured work environment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and a bias to action
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills; high EQ
- A bachelor's degree is required.

- Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment, with travel to Habitat Health centers as needed.
- Proof of medical clearance for communicable diseases, including a TB test.
- Proof of all immunizations are up to date.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH) in health care administration, business, or related field.
- Familiarity with the PACE program or other elderly care organizations.
- Experience working in geriatric primary care.
Compensation:
We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience to determine final salary. This role is eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The expected base salary range for this position is $135k - 158K + bonus. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
