What You Will Do❓
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies tailored to the fintech market to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Lead the product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the brand and growth teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Work with external stakeholders, such as the product team and the Project Management Office (PMO), to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success in the market.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis specific to fintech to inform product positioning and identify new opportunities.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our fintech products to target audiences, including financial institutions, businesses, and consumers.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including digital content, presentations, and educational resources, tailored to the fintech audience.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies in the fintech market.
- Manage and mentor a team of product marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Stay updated on fintech industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to keep our product marketing strategies innovative and compliant.
What Are We Looking For❓
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing fintech products in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning in the fintech space.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing and developing a team of marketing professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive marketing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of fintech regulations, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Proven ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, balancing multiple priorities and ensuring alignment across teams.
