The Job in a Nutshell:
Ensuring the highest standards of product quality and performance in the organization. This role involves designing and implementing rigorous testing protocols, identifying and resolving defects, and continuously improving the QA processes. The individual will collaborate with development teams to deliver reliable and secure fintech solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining regulatory compliance.
What You Will Do:
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for fintech products and services.
- Participates in development of global standards and specifications for various global standards bodies (e.g. EMVCo).
- POS [Point Of Sale] Payment Acceptance test plans and test cases.
- Manages the vendor relationship for key external vendors.
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce issues, provide detailed bug reports, and verify fixes.
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in products, ensuring they are resolved promptly.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes and increase coverage.
- Identify opportunities for automation within the QA process to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
- Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure robust security measures are in place.
- Communicate QA findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into the QA process.
Qualification & Experience:
- 3 years of experience in Payment quality assurance, preferably within the fintech industry,
- Experience in EMV Chip-based Technology, Contactless (NFC), Global Platform, Payment domain & systems.
- POS [Point of Sale] Payment Acceptance test plans and test cases.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
