Job Summary:
The HR Tech Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the HR technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless data integration across HR tools, and enabling robust reporting and analytics. This role will play a critical part in driving HR digital transformation through data architecture, integrations management, automation, digitization of processes, and advanced dashboarding to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Technology & Ecosystem Management
- Oversee and optimize the HRIS, ATS, Survey and Talent Management systems.
- Manage the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR technology solutions.
- Ensure HR technology aligns with business needs and industry best practices.
- Lead initiatives for HR process automation and digitization.
Data Architecture & Integration
- Maintain a robust HR data architecture to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain integrations between HRIS and other enterprise tools.
- Ensure data consistency, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to support HR decision-making.
- Provide insights on key HR metrics such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and turnover.
- Ensure data accuracy and work with stakeholders to improve HR data governance.
- Utilize automation to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with IT, HR, and business leaders to identify HR technology and data needs.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for HR technology solutions and enhancements.
- Train and support HR users in leveraging HR technology effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS management, or HR data analytics.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced skills in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc)
- Experience with HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR data architecture and integration strategies.
- Knowledge of API development and system integrations.
- Expertise in automation and digital transformation strategies within HR.
- Soft Skills:
- Advanced spoken and written English skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives within HR.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and HR compliance standards.
- Certification in HR technology platforms or data analytics is a plus.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
