HALA currently holds multiple entities in UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt (including HALA Payments, HALA Cashier and HALA Logistics) and offers solutions that enable merchants to digitize their payments as well as manage their sales and operations.

Founded in 2017, HALA is currently duly licensed by the Saudi Arabian Central Bank as well as the Financials Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Abu Dhabi Global Market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate open-ended, conceptual ideas into tangible product features.
- Lead end-to-end design processes, from initial research to polished UI/UX designs, ensuring top-tier execution.
- Design flows and experiences that simplify complex actions into usable interfaces.
- Provide and receive feedback from designers and the broader product team to improve quality output continuously.
- Forge partnerships with product managers, engineers, researchers, creative designers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience from conception to launch.
- Represent design to a broader product team and articulate the rationale behind design decisions.
- Champion UX, conducting customer interviews/testing for concept validations

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping features with an end-to-end experience across various platforms.
- 5+ years of interaction design experience, with an understanding of user needs and product scalability.
- Proficient in using prototyping tools to demonstrate flow and interaction, user testing (moderated and unmoderated)
- 5+ years of visual design experience, including proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, and iconography.
- 5+ years of strategic product thinking, with experience developing product goals and identifying opportunities based on impact to users and the company.

Must Haves:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, at least 1 years in Fintech product
- Native Arabic speaker is a must, Fluency in English.
