The Job in a Nutshell💡
Call Center Agents for VIP customers are responsible for providing specialized, high-quality service to HALA’s VIP B2B clients. This role demands strong communication skills, professionalism, and a high level of empathy and problem-solving ability.
What You Will Do❓
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from VIP customers, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
- Provide end-to-end support, focusing on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution in a manner that preserves VIP client relationships.
- Document interactions and follow up on unresolved issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and other departments for complex problem resolution.
What Are We Looking For❓
- Saudi National
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with VIP or high-value customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic & English
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure during challenging interactions.
