Back Office Supervisor
Responsible for overseeing a wide range of activities to drive business growth and ensure smooth operational execution. This role involves supervising key projects ( seamless execution., handling escalations). Additionally, the supervisor is accountable for generating management reports, tracking performance metrics, and providing actionable management insights. The role requires effective collaboration across internal teams and external partners, and ensuring timely and high-quality completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide team performance to achieve business objectives efficiently.
- Manage the project’s processing, updates, claims processing, and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts and ensure seamless execution.
- Track progress on key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
- Generate and review management reports.
- Handle escalations and provide clear communication on issues and solutions.
- Organize and conduct regular meetings to address challenges, updates, and strategies.
- Maintain and monitor communication with external partners, handling inquiries and updates.
- Oversee documentation, reporting, and analysis for business operations, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
- Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimization.
- Review and manage all performance, training, and progress reports across teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (can be substituted with equivalent experience).
- 5-7 years of proven experience in project management roles, preferably in the payments or fintech sector.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management tools (e.g., MS
Project, Asana, etc.).
