Role Summary:

We are looking for a high-performing Growth / Digital Sales Lead to oversee the full customer lifecycle for our Expense Management product. This role combines digital acquisition, sales conversion, customer success, and account management. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through efficient digital sales processes, ensure seamless onboarding, and maximize customer retention and satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Sales & Growth

  • Own the digital sales funnel from marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to activated customers.
  • Lead the digital-first sales process, optimizing lead handling, qualification, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing to continuously improve lead quality and campaign targeting.
  • Analyze funnel performance, run experiments, and implement improvements across all stages.

Customer Onboarding & Activation

  • Oversee the onboarding experience for new customers to ensure a fast and smooth setup.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and operations to resolve activation blockers such as KYC delays or system limitations.
  • Track onboarding success metrics and implement playbooks to improve activation rates.

Customer Success & Account Management

  • Serve as the key point of contact for Expense Management customers post-onboarding.
  • Monitor product usage, proactively address risks (e.g., non-transacting customers, churn signals), and support account growth.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with product and sales to execute them.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Manage a team of digital sales and customer success specialists (internal or outsourced).
  • Set KPIs and performance benchmarks across acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Build reporting frameworks to monitor team performance and customer health.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in digital sales, customer success, or account management roles, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of inbound funnels, CRM tools, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results through data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in financial products, especially expense management, corporate cards, or SME tools.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Familiarity with user onboarding best practices and success metrics.
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic is a strong advantage.
