Role Summary

Work with business analysts and stakeholders to identify and document process automation opportunities. Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots, ensuring alignment with business needs. Conduct process evaluations and feasibility studies to assess automation potential while supporting workflow optimization and automation lifecycle management across the organization.

Collaborate with the Process Automation Lead, business analysts, and IT teams to align automation solutions with enterprise-wide goals and operational efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to identify and document process automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Conduct process evaluations and feasibility studies to assess automation potential.
• Monitor and optimize existing RPA bots, identifying areas for performance improvement.
• Maintain documentation for automation workflows, ensuring clarity and compliance with best practices.
• Assist in training business teams on new automation tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with the Process Automation Lead, business analysts, and IT teams to align automation solutions with enterprise-wide goals.
• Provide regular updates on automation progress, performance, and challenges.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Education requirements may be substituted with equivalent years of relevant experience.

Experience

• Three (4) to Five (6) years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in deploying process automation solutions, with expertise in RPA platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make.com, and ERP systems such as Zoho.
• Experience in workflow optimization, process mapping, and automation lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems and business process improvement methodologies.

Skills

• Hands-on experience with RPA development, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, enterprise systems, and process optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
