Role Overview
We are seeking a Channel Manager, Strategic to join our fast-growing team. This role is critical in driving operational excellence across a highly strategic channel partner. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Alliances, you will serve as the operational engine behind the success of a high-impact strategic channel relationship — owning everything from pipeline tracking and enablement to executive reporting and field-level execution.
This is a builder role — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working across organizational levels (from field sellers to F500 executives), and is deeply motivated to drive real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operations for a strategic channel partnership, ensuring flawless execution across workstreams.
- Drive pipeline tracking and forecasting for the channel; work cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Channel Sales, and Marketing to ensure visibility and momentum.
- Create and run lead generation initiatives across multiple forums including targeted email campaigns, call scripts, events, account-based outreach, and executive engagement strategies.
- Build and execute seller enablement programs for both internal Halcyon teams and the partner’s sales organization to ensure alignment on GTM strategies and messaging.
- Support executive reporting, including data gathering and analysis for board-level and leadership meetings.
- Represent Halcyon across a range of events including prospect events, partner trainings, seller networking sessions, and executive-level engagements.
- Assist the Director of Strategic Alliances on larger-scale partnership strategy, planning, and negotiations as needed.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment on partner priorities and co-selling motions.
Who You Are
- A do’er with a strong sense of ownership — you take initiative and move fast without sacrificing quality.
- Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Able to shift seamlessly across levels in an organization.
- Highly professional, with strong communication skills and executive presence.
- Self-motivated and able to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- A learner who thrives on feedback and continuous improvement.
- Positive-minded — you see opportunities where others see blockers, and you bring energy to those around you.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in channel partnerships, alliances, or strategic operations roles (preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS).
- Demonstrated experience supporting or managing high-value partner relationships.
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with reporting tools, pipeline data, and turning insights into action.
- Experience enabling sales teams and designing go-to-market campaigns with or through partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience working with or selling to large enterprises (F500s) is a plus.
Benefits:
Halcyon offers the following benefits to eligible employees:
- Comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents.
- 401k plan with a generous employer contribution.
- Short and long-term disability coverage, basic life and AD&D insurance plans.
- Medical and dependent care FSA options.
- Flexible PTO policy.
- Parental leave.
- Generous equity offering.
The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $138,000
In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, the range provided is Halcyon’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.
