EPiC Associate Consultant - Data & Analytics
As an EPiC Associate Consultant, you will be a part of a fast-paced environment helping clients and internal business partners solve complex problems and delivering exceptional results. Our DA & AI Associates will experience three rotations, learning through being a Data Analyst, a Developer, and an AI Architect. At the end of the rotation, the Associate will have the option to select which track to land within.

While each day and project will be different, below is a list of some of the typical activities that our Associate Consultants perform on our various project teams:
- Working with clients to determine their needs and goals by conducting interviews and surveys
- Translate business objectives into requirements to support future-state design related to people, process, or technology ensuring client needs are captured and delivered
- Perform primary and secondary research tasks to provide impactful, actionable insights and recommendations
- Synthesize complex quantitative or qualitative data sets in a simple, intuitive format, and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Support the drafting and development of all major project deliverables
- Assist with critical project management tasks such as project planning and status reporting
- Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner
- Build positive working relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction
- Proactively cultivate and expand your professional network across clients and internal teams
- Bridge conversations between technical teams (data engineers, developers, or system admins) and business/functional stakeholders
- Assist in building data visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights clearly
- Engage with business leaders and data teams to help uncover core issues related to data and how analytics is used
- Help translate data and analytics into actionable insights that support more data-informed decision-making
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (verbal and written)
- Exposure to data analytics through coursework, internships, or prior experience (e.g., data visualization, basic statistics or modeling)
- Ability to tell compelling data stories using Tableau, Power BI, and/or D3.js
- Interest in bridging technical (data science/engineering) and business/functional perspectives
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-changing organizational environments and managing multiple assignments
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new industries, tools, and methodologies quickly
- Curious mindset, asks clarifying questions and checks for shared understanding
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to commute to various clients in the metropolitan area this role is based in
- Bachelor's Degree required, degrees in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Science or Data Analytics, or similar degree preferred

Compensation:
- The expected compensation for this role will be $65,000- $75,000 per year
