Job Title: Dealer Program Associate
Job Function: Dealer Program Management (ONE program & AD fund program)
Reports to: Team Director
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to assist the management of the dealer program, customer data, and related reports. The dealer program is important as a tool of brand marketing direct to the customer. With this position, the dealer program should be planned, operated, and reviewed efficiently by communicating with our customers and managing vendors.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in the management and operation of the Hankook associate dealer program and the Hankook Marketing fund program
- Calculate quarterly and yearly payout for associate dealer program and marketing fund program.
- Manage customer data
- Create and manage reports
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred
- Knowledge on associate dealer program operations, creating reports, and US market channel structure is preferred
- MS-Office skills required (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Word)
- Analytical Skills required
