Position Summary:. The HV/MV Technician is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on substation, medium-voltage collection, and high-voltage equipment up to 500kV in support of utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage (BESS) facilities nationwide. This role requires strong technical expertise in HV/MV systems, disciplined adherence to safety standards, and the ability to execute switching, troubleshooting, and diagnostic activities in energized environments. The HV/MV Technician supports safe, reliable plant operations by executing switching procedures, conducting advanced electrical testing, supporting outage response, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, IEEE, NERC (as applicable), and utility-specific standards. |

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Submit detailed service reports after corrective and preventative maintenance activities. · Support warranty documentation and vendor coordination. · Maintain accurate switching logs and test reports.

COMPENSATION: $44-$50 / hr
