In addition, we are a trusted smart factory solutions provider, supplying top-notch integrated control and monitoring systems. Our company is committed to bringing tomorrow’s dreams to life and creating a smarter world with our customers by adding value to technology.

Note for external recruiting firms: We are not accepting unsolicited resumes at this time. Please do not contact our employees regarding this position.

Position Summary:   We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our in-house Legal team. This role is designed for a seasoned commercial contracts professional who can independently review, redline, and negotiate complex agreements, while exercising sound judgment about when an issue requires escalation to legal counsel or business leadership.

Contract Manager will support multiple business centers and work closely with Business Development, Field Operations, Engineering, Finance, and other stakeholders from the RFQ and proposal stage through contract negotiation, execution, and post-award matters.

We are looking for someone who understands that contract language becomes business obligations, cost, operational obligations, change orders, and claims. The right candidate understands contract wording in that lifecycle and commercial outcomes.

We have accumulated meaningful experience through prior negotiations, executed contracts, project performance, and lessons learned. We have established key-term positions and contracting approaches based on that experience.  Contract Manager will use that institutional knowledge, challenge and improve it with our teams, and help turn it into a more scalable contracting function.

Company currently has significant contracting activity in utility-scale solar O&M, but this position is intentionally broader. Contract Manager will support construction, engineering, and other growing business areas.

Our Deputy General Counsel values thoughtful disagreement grounded in logic.  We expect each team member to ask sharp questions, challenge assumptions, and explain the reasoning behind their positions. Titles may determine the final decision, but good judgment and strong reasoning are expected from everyone at the table.
