  • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and milestones are clearly tracked and communicated.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, working with teams across development, engineering, construction, strategy, finance, and energy to drive clarity and accountability.
  • Assist with documentation, project controls, and meeting preparation, including agendas, status summaries, and action item follow-up.
  • Translate and interpret Korean ↔ English as needed for documents, meetings, presentations, and leadership interactions.
  • Support problem-solving and issue escalation, keeping leadership informed while helping drive resolutions at the project level.
  • Help build scalable reporting and organizational processes that improve communication efficiency as the company grows.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken). This is a mandatory requirement.
  • Prior experience working at a Korean conglomerate or major APAC-based multinational (e.g., Hanwha, Samsung, SK, LG, Lotte, POSCO, etc.).
  • 5–8+ years of experience in project management, PMO, development, or operations, ideally within construction, data centers, real estate, or energy infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to synthesize complex information into clear, senior-ready updates.
  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural relationship skills; comfortable interfacing with all levels of leadership.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
