  • Establish and enforce engineering standards, development practices, documentation expectations, and design review disciplines.
  • Balance new feature delivery with technical debt management, application modernization, supportability, and vendor coordination.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, product/process leaders, data teams, infrastructure teams, and security teams to deliver practical, high-impact solutions.
  • Oversee vendor-delivered application work and ensure external partners meet architectural, quality, delivery, and support expectations.
  • Drive sound application architecture decisions, including integration patterns, APIs, data access approaches, identity/security patterns, and cloud design considerations.
  • Ensure applications are built with operational excellence in mind, including monitoring, logging, performance, resiliency, and support readiness.
  • Help define delivery priorities, sprint outcomes, resource plans, and tradeoff decisions across multiple initiatives.
  • Promote responsible adoption of AI-enabled development and automation capabilities while maintaining guardrails, governance, and business value focus.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
