POSITION OVERVIEW

 The HR Data Analyst to support our Human Resources teams.  This role will combine data analytics, reporting, HR system administration, and system integration support across Workday and ADP — ensuring accurate, timely HR data that drives workforce decision-making. The role includes supporting data entry as needed, with an emphasis on system integrations, data migrations, and Workday tenant merge activities (data-side). This position is ideal for a technically fluent HR data professional who is equally comfortable navigating complex system environments and delivering clean, connected HR data at scale.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can both analyze data and execute high-quality data entry and system updates in a fast-paced environment.

The employee may be required to perform other job-related duties as requested by management.  All duties will be assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 HR Systems Administration & Data Operations

  • Support data entry into Workday and ADP as needed, including employee job data changes, organizational updates, and position changes
  • Maintain data integrity across systems by validating entries, identifying discrepancies, and driving resolution
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and HRIS teams to ensure consistent, accurate data across platforms
    Support audits by ensuring data is clean, compliant, and well-documented

 

System Integration & Workday Tenant Merge Support

  • Serve as a key data resource for integrations between Workday, ADP, and other connected HR/payroll systems
  • Support Workday-to-Workday tenant merge activities, with a focus on the data workstreams: data mapping, data validation, data cleansing, and reconciliation pre- and post-merge
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to support integration testing, data audits, and issue resolution during system transitions
  • Support Workday Compensation tenant setup activities, including data population, configuration validation, and data integrity checks across compensation components (e.g., salary plans, grades, and compensation packages)
  • Document data flows, field mappings, and reconciliation outcomes to support change management and audit readiness
  • Identify and flag data quality issues that could affect integration or merge outcomes

 

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Extract and analyze HR data from Workday, ADP, and related systems
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards related to:
    • Headcount and workforce planning
    • Attrition and retention
    • Compensation and total rewards
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis to HRBPs and leadership

 

Total Rewards Data Support

  • Support data entry related to compensation activities (e.g., merit cycles, bonus programs) within HRIS systems
  • Ensure compensation data is accurately reflected across Workday and ADP following any system changes, integrations, or tenant merges
  • Flag data discrepancies in compensation records; compensation design and analysis are owned by the Total Rewards team

                                                         

HRBP Partnership

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support:
    • Workforce planning incl. org chart updates and maintenance
    • Org design and restructuring efforts
    • Talent and performance insights
  • Translate business requests into actionable data outputs

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in HR data analytics, HRIS, or HR operations
  • Hands-on experience with Workday (HCM, reporting, transactions, and data administration) and ADP (Workforce Now or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting or executing system integrations between Workday, ADP, and related HR/payroll platforms
  • Familiarity with Workday tenant merge processes, specifically the data workstreams: field mapping, data validation, data cleansing, and reconciliation (technical configuration experience not required)
  • Experience supporting data entry and compensation data tracking; compensation design experience not required
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-system data environments with high accuracy
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a contract role
  • Background in multi-state or complex organizational environments

 

COMPENSATION: $40-$50/hr
