ABOUT THE ROLE

The Partner Success Specialist’s mission at Happy Money is to deliver meaningful value to our customers, drive mutual growth, and cultivate partnerships that naturally lead to advocacy and long-term success. This role assists with daily partner engagement, including communications, operational activities, and inquiry management of our financial partners. This is a 100% remote opportunity.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support our sales team in managing relationships with new and existing partners
  • Support existing relationships by ensuring strong, ongoing communication and day to day needs
  • Act as a key liaison between the Financial Partners team, capital partners , and other cross-functional teams within Happy Money
  • Support retention and optimization of capital partners, staying tightly aligned to shared goals with the assigned Sales Executive(s)
  • Understand the landscape of today’s financial system (credit scoring, borrowing and saving, wealth management, insurance, payments, currency) leverage the changing environment to inspire followership from our Partners

 

ABOUT YOU

  • 4+ years experience supporting B2B sales and ongoing relationship management 
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, innovative, curious, and confident risk taker In depth knowledge of the financial services industry, emerging technologies, knowledge of regulations, external markets, as well as experience with complex industry projects 
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasive/negotiating, and time management skills 
  • Ability to work in uncharted areas, deal with ambiguity, learn from failure 
  • Proven track record of relationship management with senior executives 
  • Some domestic travel required, up to 25%

Base Salary Range

$95,000 - $110,000 USD
