ABOUT THE ROLES

We are hiring two Director of Sales roles that will drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing relationships with Credit Union customers in the West Coast and East Coast territories respectively, presenting tailored lending solutions, and meeting sales targets. This role will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market strategies, create impactful sales collateral, and optimize customer engagement. We’re looking for someone who has a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with strong collaboration and communication skills and has a track record of driving results.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acquire and develop relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their challenges and present our solutions to help satisfy customer needs
  • Maintain and optimize relationships with clients ensuring customer satisfaction and growing an existing book of business.  Identify opportunities within existing accounts to introduce additional products and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales activities and pipelines
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers and prospects, demonstrating how our lending solutions can address their specific challenges
  • Identify and target potential customers, developing a pipeline of leads through networking, referral, and prospecting in Western territory/Eastern territory
  • Collaborate on and execute a go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with all cross-functional, particularly product, sales, and finance. 
  • Deliver a value proposition that is unique, dependable, and important to our customers so that we can position our B2B brand with consistency and simplicity. 
  • Define the B2B buying journey, touch-points, and collateral that can impact sales cycle and sales effectiveness 
  • Collaborate on product collateral such as thought leadership papers, event plans, Key-Note messaging, quarterly reviews, and annual customer engagement events
  • Collaborate with product leadership in developing and optimizing product features and pricing
  • Support the planning process for the launch of new products and releases and be a key stakeholder in the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Manage the building, scaling, and optimization of Credit Union programs for specific KPIs

This role should plan for 25% travel throughout the year for prospective partner meetings, events, conferences, etc. Travel needs could increase seasonally.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B Credit Union sales
  • Track record of closing credit union financial deals from prospecting through onboarding
  • An unwavering commitment to exceed goals and sales targets
  • A strong strategic and analytical thinker with experience selling to C-Suite (CEO, CFO, CLO) employees of Credit Unions
  • Understanding of Credit Union financials 
  • Individualizes marketing strategy through understanding a multitude of buyer personas
  • Conceptualizes large impact projects and develops milestone-driven plans for execution
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Vets and manages external vendors & agency partners 
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and influences decision making across all levels of the organization
  • Develops and implements plans while continuously monitoring results and implementing continuous improvement methodologies

Base Salary Range

$175,000 - $210,000 USD
