Service Kit Creation & Part Number Management
- Create and manage service kit part numbers and kit structures for service bulletins, campaigns, field actions, and non-production repair requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Service teams to validate kit content, revision control, and service applicability.
- Ensure kit parts are correctly documented and available for ordering in the service parts system and EPC where applicable.
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Develop and maintain service parts reporting, including inventory health, backorder tracking, demand trends, critical shortages, and readiness metrics.
- Provide routine reporting to Service leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Support KPI reporting related to service parts availability, fill rate, aging inventory, and MRP performance.
Process Improvement & System Integrity
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen service parts planning processes and data integrity.
- Identify and correct part master data issues, SBOM errors, and stocking parameter discrepancies.

Perform other related duties and participate in meetings as assigned by management.
