Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an ambitious Marketing, Communications, or Business student to join our Marketing team. As an intern, you will support high-impact B2B marketing initiatives that engage executive assistants, travel managers, and corporate travel buyers across the commercial transportation industry. You’ll work hands-on with content, social media, campaign execution, internal asset management, and AI-powered workflow automation.
The ideal candidate is a creative, organized, and tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong interest in marketing strategy, storytelling, and operational efficiency. Experience in hardware tech startups is a plus. This role is a unique opportunity to gain experience at the intersection of electric vehicles, B2B marketing, and innovation during a critical early product development stage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Social & Community
- Curate and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn to grow awareness and generate interest among business travel and fleet decision-makers.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, mentions, and messages to foster connection and visibility.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to share content that supports social selling and strengthens their professional presence.
- Sales Enablement & Asset Management
- Process requests for marketing materials (presentations, brochures, banners) via our internal ticketing system.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date marketing libraries in Canva and Confluence.
- Ensure consistency in communications by managing branded templates and updating key assets.
- Campaigns & Content
- Assist with the creation and distribution of content to support both internal initiatives and external campaigns.
- Help publish blog posts, webinar recordings, and other long-form content on company channels.
- Support the development of email campaigns and sales newsletters.
- Marketing Ops, Automation & AI
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Pika) to streamline content ideation, creation, and editing.
- Automate repetitive tasks using no-code platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n to boost efficiency.
- Track promotional code usage and report performance insights to help optimize campaigns.
- Support ongoing operations through task triage, print fulfillment, and general marketing coordination.
Required Skills:
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program or greater in related field
- Work authorized in the United States OR ability to obtain J-1/F-1 visa
- Proficient in Google Workspace and familiar with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut)
- Experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Pika) and no-code automation platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, n8n).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can balance multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
- Experience at or interest in hardware tech startups or commercial transportation industries is a plus.
