Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. What You’ll Do:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Keep the reception area neat, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate and order daily office lunches, and assist with the distribution of meals upon delivery.
- Visitor Check-in and Coordination:
- Register and check-in visitors, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate visitor appointments and meetings.
- Provide directions and necessary information to visitors as required.
- Office Organization:
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, including placing orders and managing stock levels.
- Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and organization, including coordinating with cleaning staff.
- Handle office equipment issues and liaise with IT support as needed.
- Administrative Support:
- Help schedule meetings, arrange travel, and manage calendars for team members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and deliveries.
- Support administrative tasks related to onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including arranging logistics and necessary preparations.
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some relevant experience in an office environment is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Ability to handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and willingness to learn and adapt.
California Pay Range
$20-$25 USD
