Harbinger’s best-in-class team of EV, battery, and drivetrain experts have pooled their deep experience to bring a first-of-its-kind EV platform to support the growing demand for medium-duty EVs and Hybrids. Harbinger: Familiar Form, Revolutionary Foundation.

Position Overview

Harbinger Motors is scaling. As we move away from third-party agency support, we are bringing our CRM and Revenue Operations in-house. We are looking for a highly technical GTM Systems Manager who thrives in a high-velocity startup environment. You will be the architect of our "Source of Truth." You won’t just manage a database; you will build intelligent systems that track every marketing attribution, lead interactions, operational workflows, and revenue visibility. You will be supported by a GTM Systems Coordinator to meet the high demand of our rapidly growing sales and marketing departments.

Core Responsibilities: The Technical Engine

1. Data Architecture & AI Integration

  • Advanced Enrichment: Integrate Clay into our HubSpot stack to automate data scraping, lead enrichment, and qualification, ensuring our sales team focuses only on high-value targets.
  • AI-Driven Workflows: Deploy Claude AI Skills and other LLM tools to automate personalized outreach, clean unstructured data, and enhance our internal sales intelligence.
  • The "Source of Truth": Own the backend architecture. Ensure that Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs remain aligned through strong operational governance and high standards of data integrity.

2. Marketing Attribution & Lifecycle

  • Full-Funnel Tracking: Build and maintain the infrastructure to track the entire customer journey, from the initial digital touchpoint through vehicle delivery and beyond, while supporting operational workflows across marketing, sales, and dealership onboarding processes.
  • ROI Validation: Create the dashboards that prove the ROI of every activation. You must ensure that leadership has a real-time, accurate view of revenue forecasts and marketing spend efficiency.
  • Automation & Segments: Design complex email marketing flows and lifecycle automations. You will manage highly targeted segmentation for fleet buyers, partners, and stakeholders.

3. Sales Enablement & Quote Building

  • Quote Engineering: Build and maintain the HubSpot Product Library and Quote tool. You will ensure the sales team can generate accurate, branded, and technically sound quotes/contracts instantly.
  • Pipeline Excellence: Audit and enforce sales pipeline stages. You are responsible for ensuring that "Deal Stages" are updated correctly and that the system remains highly usable for the sales team.
  • Internal Usability: Conduct ongoing training for internal teams to ensure 100% system adoption and data entry consistency.

4. Mandatory Qualifications (The "Must-Haves")

  • Experience & Tenure: 4–6 years of dedicated HubSpot Administration or Revenue Operations experience. You must have a proven track record of moving beyond "tool maintenance" into full-scale system architecture and data strategy.
  • Extreme Attention to Detail: You have exceptional attention to detail and high standards for data consistency. You recognize that small system inconsistencies can create significant downstream operational issues. You take pride in being the final gatekeeper of the "Source of Truth."
  • Expert HubSpot Technical Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot Enterprise (specifically Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs). You understand the "plumbing"—including custom objects, advanced workflow logic, and data schema.
  • Modern Stack Proficiency: You have hands-on experience with modern AI enrichment and automation platforms, including tools such as Clay, Claude, OpenAI, or similar technologies used for workflow enhancement, data processing, and scalable personalization. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, particularly within multi-CRM environments, integrations, or migration workflows.
  • Startup Agility: You thrive in high-velocity environments. You are comfortable with tight deadlines and can triage multiple requests from Sales, Marketing, and Leadership without losing focus or accuracy.
  • Leadership & Management: Experience managing direct reports. You will guide GTM Systems Coordinator, delegating high-volume tasks (asset building and data audits) while maintaining ultimate accountability for their output.
  • Reporting & ROI Mastery: Ability to build and validate executive-level dashboards that prove marketing attribution and provide accurate revenue forecasting.

5. The Internal Support Structure

To allow you to focus on high-level architecture and AI integration, you will oversee a GTM Systems Coordinator who handles:

  • Building marketing assets (Email templates, Landing Pages).
  • Daily data-cleansing and DMS/ERP sync monitoring.
  • Generating weekly activity reports for department heads.
  • Providing "Level 1" HubSpot support for the sales and marketing teams.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
