About the Role

We’re seeking an organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented Sales Channel Manager to support to accelerate revenue growth through strategic partnership relationships. The ideal candidate will combine sales execution with technical expertise, excelling as a proven performer who can hit revenue  targets while building deep, consultative relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in channel sales, channel/partner operations, or sales project management.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate programs, maintain resources, track deliverables, and ensure our partner ecosystem runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation & Goal Achievement

  • Manage inbound enterprise leads and develop new business opportunities through strategic channel partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through channel partner relationships, with responsibility for partner-sourced pipeline development.
  • Support partner sales performance by setting clear expectations, tracking progress against goals, and collaborating on improvement strategies.
  • Participate in strategic partnership negotiations that contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and pipeline reporting for channel-driven opportunities, providing insights to leadership.

Channel Program Support

  • Lead prospects through the complete sales cycle from initial identification to pilot execution and contract closure, serving as the primary point of contact and relationship manager throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update partner records, contact information, and engagement history in CRM systems.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for basic partner questions, documentation requests, and scheduling.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and operations teams to ensure projects involving channel partners are executed smoothly.
  • Build alignment across multiple stakeholder groups within partner organizations, adapting messaging for different audiences.

Project & Process Management

  • Track timelines, deliverables, and project dependencies across partner-related initiatives (e.g., training rollouts, co-marketing, sales enablement).
  • Coordinate internal meetings, partner meetings and reporting cadences.
  • Create and maintain project trackers and shared documents across teams and tools.
  • Optimize partner onboarding processes to accelerate time-to-first-deal and maximize partner productivity.

 

Enablement & Communication

  • Organize and distribute partner content such as sales guides, product updates, and other internal and external partner-facing collateral.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for partner events, launches, and announcements.
  • Schedule and facilitate regular partner update meetings and internal syncs, including agenda prep and note-taking.
  • Structure partnership agreements that align incentives and drive mutual success metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, sales operations, partner support, or customer success.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and follow-through—especially when juggling multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex software solutions, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Trello/Asana).
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to learn. 

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with B2B sales, tech ecosystems, or channel/partner sales models.
  • Experience working with resellers, distributors, or tech alliances is a plus.

 

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 OTE
