This role goes far beyond calendar management—it’s about enabling strategic focus, acting as a force multiplier, and keeping critical company initiatives moving forward. - Prepare CEO for meetings with briefing materials, context, and objectives.
- Manage communications on behalf of the CEO—drafting emails, coordinating responses, and ensuring follow-through.
- Track progress of key company initiatives and ensure the CEO has visibility on all moving parts.
- Drive follow-ups from leadership meetings and ensure accountability across functions.
- Maintain documentation, processes, and dashboards that keep the CEO informed and organized.
- Organize all-hands meetings, board calls, offsites, and leadership summits.
- Collaborate closely with finance, legal, investor relations, and HR on time-sensitive and confidential matters.
What We're Looking For

- Executive Maturity: Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and judgment.
- Extreme Ownership: You don’t wait for instructions—you see what needs to be done and take initiative.
- Operational Rigor: You are obsessively organized, a pro at prioritization, and great at building repeatable systems.
- Excellent Communicator: Clear, confident, concise, and thoughtful in both writing and speech.
- Tech Fluency: You’re proficient with tools like Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and productivity apps.
Qualifications
- Lives in Denver.
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects, schedules, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience working remotely and independently within distributed teams.
