Show Crew Associate (Temp Role - Jan and Feb)

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our Show Crew team for the upcoming NY Now tradeshow! This short-term temp opportunity is perfect for anyone who enjoys working with their hands, being on their feet, and tackling physical tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We are offering up to $28 per hour. 

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Availability: You must be available Jan 29–Feb 1 for setup and Feb 4–5 for teardown. The hours could be up to 12 hours per day, and may include overnights
• Physical Strength: Comfortable with lifting, carrying, and being on your feet all day.
• Dependability: Show up on time, ready to work with a great attitude.
• Problem-Solving: Able to follow instructions and adapt as needed to keep things moving smoothly.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Get Moving: Help unload pallets and move fixtures and product boxes to designated booth areas.
• Build It Up: Sand, paint, and assemble booth walls to create an eye-catching display.
• Break It Down: Once the show is over, you’ll help pack everything up and load it back out.
• Stay On Task: Work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team to get things done on time.
• Be a Team Player: Support your teammates by jumping in wherever needed—no task is too small when we’re in it together!
