We are seeking a seasoned, energetic Regional Sales Director to lead and support a team of high-performing Territory Managers and strengthen our growing brand partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and mentoring a sales team toward success.

You will collaborate closely with our VP of Sales to refine regional strategies, set goals, and ensure we exceed expectations in every market we serve. While this is a remote role, it requires regular travel to trade shows and field visits throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients through outstanding service and consultative selling
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of experienced Territory Managers, including training, performance oversight, and sales support
  • Set and execute sales strategies and goals for your team in alignment with broader company objectives
  • Partner with senior leadership to optimize territory structures and uncover growth opportunities
  • Analyze trends, forecast sales performance, and provide strategic recommendations through detailed reporting
  • Drive planning and execution of sales meetings and key trade show events
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, working hands-on with your team to expand brand exposure and revenue
  • Other duties as needed to support a high-growth, high-impact sales environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales management, ideally within a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Proven ability to lead a remote sales team and build strong internal and external relationships
  • Track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic setting
  • Tech-savvy, with comfort using tools such as Office365, Asana, and MarketTime (or a willingness to learn)

Salary
