Hospitality Coordinator

We're looking for an energetic, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as Hospitality Coordinator during our major trade show in Atlanta, GA. This role requires someone who is friendly, professional, and confidently authoritative—able to create a warm atmosphere while ensuring smooth execution of hospitality services and event logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Serve as a calm, confident point of contact for guests—ensuring their needs are met efficiently and warmly.
- Provide clear directions, enforce event guidelines politely, and step in to troubleshoot when necessary.
- Organize and manage breakfast setup including coffee and food, manage lunch catering, dietary needs, and refreshment services for guests and staff, monitor inventory of snacks, beverages, and supplies; restock as needed.
- Set up and break down food service areas as required.
- Maintain an exceptional standard of service to reflect the company’s brand.
Requirements:
- Must be available July 14th - July 18th.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and professional in both conduct and appearance
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a high level of customer service under pressure
- Business professional attire required during show hours (no jeans or t-shirts)
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must be able to take direction and work collaboratively with the team
Work Schedule:
- Full-day shifts during show days (exact dates and times to be provided upon hire)
- Must arrive 15–20 minutes prior to the shift start for setup and check-in
- Setup and breakdown days require casual attire and physical ability to lift and assist with booth assembly
Compensation:
- Hourly pay - $25/hour
