2026 Summer Internship - Client Group

Position Summary:  

The Distribution Group at Harris Associates is dedicated to providing excellent client service to our institutional and retail client base.

The primary purpose of this internship is to support the Distribution team by contributing to client data projects that enhance the accuracy, usability, and overall insightfulness of our client information. The intern will assist with organizing, validating, and analyzing client data to improve reporting, segmentation, and sales enablement efforts. By taking ownership of foundational data tasks, the intern helps the team operate more efficiently while gaining hands-on exposure to distribution strategy, data-driven decision-making, and client-focused business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accurate and timely data entry and updates in Salesforce
  • Help validate, organize, and maintain client and prospect information across internal systems
  • Run basic reports in Salesforce to support team initiatives 
  • Aid in the creation of PowerPoint presentations, dashboards and other reporting to convey data trends and insights.
  • Document processes and contribute to internal guides or reference materials
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the Distribution team as needed

Qualifications

  • A current student enrolled in a bachelor’s program with a focus on business, marketing, finance or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a faced paced environment
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc. preferred

Actual annual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, and other job-related factors. Full-time base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and is only one part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include a discretionary performance bonus and other Harris sponsored benefit programs.
