Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide direct, high-level administrative and operational support to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Harrow Inc. This role serves as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping to manage priorities, streamline operations, and ensure the efficient execution of key initiatives across the organization.
This individual will operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and must demonstrate exceptional professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. The Executive Assistant will anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and manage competing priorities with precision and urgency. Close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams is critical, as this role often serves as a central point of coordination for strategic and day-to-day activities.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, executive presence, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Founder & CEO to ensure effective execution of business priorities and initiatives
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, and coordinating shifting priorities
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
- Organize and support internal and external meetings, board-level interactions, and company events, including agenda development and materials preparation
- Prepare, edit, and format presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Attend meetings as needed, capture key takeaways, and ensure follow-up on action items
- Assist in gathering data, tracking initiatives, and preparing reports to support executive decision-making
- Anticipate upcoming needs and proactively plan for weekly priorities and strategic objectives
- Partner cross-functionally with Commercial and other departments to support alignment and execution of company initiatives
- Act as the first point of contact for high-level visitors, vendors, and partners, ensuring a best-in-class experience
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Founder & CEO
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably a CEO or founder
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth or entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead
