Job Summary

 

The Project Manager provides direct support to the President & CEO of Imprimis, acting as a key partner in driving strategic, commercial, and operational priorities. This role is responsible for coordinating high-impact initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and supporting the successful execution of projects that advance organizational objectives. The Project Manager works closely with leaders across Commercial/Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and other departments to gather insights, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of key outcomes.

 

Core Responsibilities

 

  • Supports the President & CEO of Imprimis as a business partner focused on a wide range of commercial and operational activities including key customer action items and commercial and operational team liaison for information analysis.
  • Collaborates with the Imprimis leadership team aligning key initiatives across Commercial /Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality and other teams.
  • Responsible for making sure timelines are met, project scope is defined, and key action items are completed for all key projects.
  • Prepares key partner presentations as well as business unit updates.
  • Attends key meetings, defines action items, assigns or performs the actions and drives business performance.
  • Role may include customer and partner facing opportunities, attending key business meetings and conferences.
  • Will collaborate across the business ranging from development, commercial, and operations
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements

 

  • A bachelor's degree with relevant Project management experience
  • 2+ years of related experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong Project Manager that works well with Executive level leadership
  • Lead and drives Projects with Executive level stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects that are part of a larger program
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities
  • Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities
  • Professional and effective written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in core Microsoft software products (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project) and a strong aptitude for learning new software products
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize
  • Team-working oriented approach
  • Work hours will be subject to change as required based on business demand and workload. 

 

 

Position Type

 

  • Hybrid with the ability to work up to 50% of the time in the Ledgewood, NJ office

 

Travel

 

  • 25%

While performing the position's responsibilities, the employee must talk and hear. Some filing is required, requiring the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.

SALES/TRAVEL DEMANDS: 

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and drive. The employee is also required to travel via airplane, which involves sitting in an airplane for extended periods of time, lifting luggage or personal items, and being comfortable with flying. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb, or balance. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.   

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving vehicles, traffic, pedestrians, and the typical environment one experiences while driving and traveling.  The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate and is dependent on where the employee is conducting work, which will vary.  

SOME OPERATIONS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes is also needed. This position is moderately active and requires standing and walking for the duration of the shift. There is a high frequency of reaching over your head and bending down throughout each shift.
