Product Program Manager

About Harry’s Inc

Harry’s Inc. is building a modern CPG company by putting people first and delivering against real unmet consumer needs.

The company’s flagship brand - Harry’s -  was founded by Jeff Raider and Andy Katz-Mayfield in 2013. After successfully launching and scaling Harry’s, Jeff and Andy saw an opportunity to bring their experience building Harry’s to other CPG categories where the consumer has also been historically underserved.

Harry’s Inc. has grown significantly over the last ten years, and is now made up of four brands -  Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando -  and Harry’s Labs, the company’s incubation and M&A engine. The company employs more than 900 people across the U.S., U.K. and Germany, and is the largest CPG company built in the last 20 years.

At Harry’s Inc, our mission is to Create Things People Like More — whether it's a product, an experience, or an internal tool, we believe in making the things around us better for our customers, and our team.

Our mission extends beyond customers and team, to the community broadly. We believe that the best business models make a positive impact. That's why our brands donate year-round to nonprofit organizations that align with their social missions.

At the end of the day, the key to our success is our amazing people. From chemists, mechanical engineers, CX associates, to creative directors, sourcing managers, and logistics specialists, the Harry’s team is composed of some of the most brilliant, diverse, and humble people you’ll ever meet. Our company is a place of inclusion, innovation, and deeply ingrained values.

The Harry's Inc working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday.  Can’t forget the free products and the opportunity to have some meetings without Zoom!

About the team

The Global Product Team is responsible for all aspects of product development and design from ideation through production. The team leads the company’s largest product initiatives through the creation, development, and testing of innovative, high-quality goods that will be sold to and experienced by customers all over the world.

Within the Product Team, the Program Management team is responsible for overall program scoping, driving cross-functional teams to define and execute development and design strategy, and ensuring all workstreams ladder up successfully to launch new products.

About the Role

The Product team is looking for a Program Manager to help lead teams to create and deliver innovative and performance driven products for the company. As a Product Program Manager you’ll lead cross-functional work streams and teams at all levels through thoughtful planning, execution, and support from concept through product launch.

Product Program Managers are team players who are energized by working in a fast-paced environment, problem solving, and have a demonstrated ability to lead multiple work streams often with competing priorities. Product Program Managers should have a desire and aptitude to dive deep into the details of the development process and lead teams in bringing amazing products to life.

What you will do:

  • Manage Product Programs in partnership with commercial and operations counterparts, lead cross-functional teams through the global NPI (new product introduction) process to successfully scope, develop, and launch new products in line with commercial vision
  • Work directly with product development, marketing, sourcing, operations, quality, finance, design and sales teams to manage development planning and execution against the company’s product initiatives spanning from commercial to technical
  • Define development paths with input from cross-functional partners, track deliverables, manage development timelines and risk mitigation, and facilitate the day-to-day operational aspects of a program
  • Work with domestic/international suppliers and manufacturers throughout development
  • Lead project-level product development strategy, communicating updates across the broader organization
  • Help develop scalable systems and processes to support new launches

This should describe you:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in an analytical, dynamic, or process-driven role such as project management, product development, package development, consulting, finance, or supply chain.
  • Self-starter who exercises good judgment and discretion with limited oversight.
  • Has a keen business understanding to be able to efficiently and effectively lead highly cross-functional teams spanning from commercial to technical.
  • Communicates well with various cross-functional groups as well as suppliers and vendors. Able to navigate cross-functional dynamics, balancing diverse inputs to drive alignment and move projects forward.
  • Able to effectively and concisely present to senior leadership.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, breaking down complexity into structured, actionable steps. When things are unclear, you proactively create clarity for yourself and others.
  • You own the outcome, not just the task—whether that means defining strategy, solving roadblocks, or executing details to keep momentum
  • Resilient and able to meaningfully pivot with the shifting needs of the business.
  • You are naturally curious, proactively identifying gaps and asking the right questions to drive clarity in ambiguous situations. You don’t just execute—you seek to understand why decisions are made and push for the best outcomes
  • A positive outlook and sense of humor -- we take our work seriously and ourselves un-seriously.

Here's who you'll work with:

  • Working on the Product Program Management team, which is part of the Global Product team
  • Working closely with Product Development, Package Development, Marketing, Global Supply, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Sales, and Design teams as well as external supplier/vendor partners
