The Harry's working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Tuesdays & Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday.  Can’t forget the free products and the opportunity to have some meetings without Zoom!

 

About the Role

We are seeking a Director to run our rapidly scaling TikTok Shop for Harry’s and Flamingo products. In this role, you will blend your expertise across channel strategy, creative thinking, affiliate partnerships, merchandising and performance optimization. You will be responsible for the TikTok Shop P&L, and work cross-functionally with our growth marketing, brand marketing, product, and supply chain teams.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the cultural relevance of TikTok and the mechanics of social commerce.


Responsibilities:

Own the TikTok Shop Strategy & P&L

  • Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for success on TikTok Shop, informed by a deeply informed perspective on where this emerging platform is headed
  • Build forecasts, KPIs, and reporting infrastructure to track and scale performance
  • Drive a profitable P&L by managing in platform sales, driving omni-channel halo, and driving efficient customer acquisition through data-informed decision-making

Manage the Shop

  • Manage product assortment, pricing, bundling, and merchandising on the TikTok Shop platform
  • Optimize PDPs, imagery, and promotional messaging
  • Test and learn into the right, exclusive offers for the channel


Collaborate with Affiliate Creators

  • Identify, onboard, and activate TikTok Shop affiliates with high brand/creator fit and efficient sampling and commission structures
  • Brief creators on our unique points of difference and brand value props while sparking ideas with high propensity to break through
  • Personally engage with the most important affiliates
  • Collaborate with the Growth Creative team to test and iterate on paid content and live shopping
  • Create repeatable processes for content testing and affiliate onboarding, sampling and support
  • Manage internal and agency resources to scale affiliate-driven revenue as best as possible

Build & Scale Internal Processes

  • Partner with our supply chain teams to optimize inventory for TikTok Shop orders, enabled by great demand planning processes and communication
  • Partner with Finance to profitably manage TTS ad, sampling, and commission costs
  • Partner with our R&D team to unlock the right exclusive product assortment for the channel
  • Ensure TikTok Shop is being managed within our price pack architecture guidelines, in a way that is synergistic with all of the other places shoppers find our products


Stay Ahead of the Curve

  • Act as the internal expert on TikTok trends, features, algorithm updates, and social commerce innovations
  • Regularly benchmark competitor activity and emerging formats across the TikTok commerce ecosystem

  • You may have experience in personal care, beauty, or CPG
  • You may have 10+ years experience in e-commerce, growth marketing, influencer marketing, or social commerce.
  • You definitely have - 10+ years of experience driving proven results while scaling a learning curve 

 

Who you will work with:

  • Report to the VP of Insights, Analytics, and Growth Marketing
  • Work side-by-side with best-in-class Growth Marketing and Growth Creative teams
  • Manage a small team made up of agencies, growth assistants, and a direct report
  • Other internal teams at Harry’s including Brand marketing, Product/R&D, Digital, Retail, and more

We can’t quantify all of the intangible things we think you’ll love about working at Mammoth Brands, like the exciting challenges we tackle, the smart and humble team you’ll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $158,400-$217,800, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
