The Mammoth Brands working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Tuesdays & Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday. About the team:
We’re a small, fast-moving performance creative team building and scaling content for two growing brands. We sit at the intersection of growth, data, and storytelling, crafting social-first, data-informed creative that drives results. Our team includes a creative director, creative strategist, and senior designer, and we’re looking to add a hands-on Senior Creative Producer who can help us ideate, make, and ship with speed and intention.
About the role:
The Senior Creative Producer is a multidisciplinary maker who can take an idea from insight to final asset. You’ll concept, script, shoot, edit, design, and deliver high-performing creative on a weekly basis. You’ll bring performance insights into the creative process and help execute across formats, including video, static, and UGC. You’ll work across two brands, collaborating with strategy, growth, and brand teams to move fast, learn faster, and make work that works.
Deliver 4–5 unique creative concepts per week, across paid social, and other performance channels; balancing quantity, quality, and speed.Own end-to-end creative production from scripting and editing to light motion and static design, always considering customer insights and creating with curiosity.Translate performance data into creative ideas, iterate based on learnings, and challenge assumptions to continuously raise the bar. Collaborate across teams and brands, managing inputs from multiple stakeholders while keeping creative projects aligned, on time, and impactful.Support content capture and production from scrappy phone shoots to larger-scale sets, helping ensure we’re always creating with purpose and agility.
What you will accomplish
- Delivering 4–5 unique creative concepts per week, across paid social and other performance channels, balancing quantity, quality, and speed. Running with assigned briefs, but also proactively writing your own when opportunities arise.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director on end-to-end creative production from scripting and editing to light motion and static design, while leading with customer insight and curiosity.
- Translate performance data into creative ideas, iterate based on learnings, and challenge assumptions to continuously raise the bar

This should describe you
- Creative Versatility: You’re a true maker. You’re a strong video-first creative, confident in shooting, editing, and crafting compelling short-form content. You have a sharp eye for design and can create your own static assets or graphics as needed. You’re comfortable writing copy to support your concepts and know your way around the full Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator), with bonus points for After Effects or motion design skills.

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $91,600-$125,950, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
