About Harry’s

Harry’s is a men’s grooming brand that offers high quality shave, body, hair, and skin care products at an exceptional value. Launched in 2013, Harry’s redefined the shaving experience and helped pioneer the earliest era of direct to consumer in the process. Since then, the brand has become the #2 shave brand globally and expanded to offer products for every step in its customer’s routine. Harry’s is also on a mission to ensure guys have access to quality mental health care. To date, the brand has helped connect over 2 million men to quality mental health resources.

Harry’s is part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category-leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. Driven by a mission to “Create Things People Like More,”  the company is creating a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives and ultimately change the status quo. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. Mammoth Brands is committed to making a positive impact and donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date.

The Harry's working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday.  Can’t forget the free products and the opportunity to have some meetings without Zoom!

About the team

As an Amazon CSC Manager, you’ll be embedded within the Digital team but sit within the broader Supply Chain organization, directly owning and driving operations across the digital channel. You’ll lead Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR), manage in-stocks, on-time/in-full (OTIF) performance, and oversee chargeback mitigation. From supplier to customer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring product availability and exceptional execution for the Harry’s and Flamingo brands.

About the role

We’re seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual to join our Customer Supply Chain (CSC) team. This critical role serves as an end-to-end supply chain lead for our Amazon business. You’ll work cross-functionally with our Commercial, Demand Planning, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless product flow to customers. This role is both operational and customer-facing; it requires fostering strong relationships and a commitment to flawless operational execution.

We’re looking for an outstanding operational leader — someone who understands the nuances of retail and digital supply chains, moves quickly to solve problems, and uses data to drive prioritization and decisions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong communicator, capable of setting strategy and executing against it. This is a high-impact role that requires a balance of big-picture thinking and roll-up-your-sleeves execution.

What you will accomplish

  • Grow our Amazon 1P & 3P businesses by identifying process opportunities and setting up operations to scale with the business.
  • Partner with the sales team, demand planning, supply planning, and external counterparts (inventory managers, etc.) to lead ongoing forecasting and replenishment needs for the business
  • Serve as the go-to expert on Amazon operations, including fulfillment, warehousing, kitting, transportation, retailer contract, allowance, and chargebacks.
  • Lead operations activities based on standard processes and data-driven insights; measure return on investment for all activities to optimize investments.
  • Manage third party brokers to ensure the highest level of execution around channel needs and requirements for each customer
  • Develop reporting & scorecarding linked to operational success metrics and key performance indicators
  • Identify gaps in current operational practices and work with cross-functional partners to create strategic roadmaps for progress
  • Lead integrated business planning (IBP) in partnership with Demand Planning to provide accurate inputs on sales and changes in the business
  • Support strategic planning and execution: understand our company-wide goals and KPIs and translate this into operational strategies and actions that support. When we are executing large strategic changes, you will be responsible for engaging and driving execution, ensuring risks are managed and opportunities are realized.
  • Own end-to-end distribution logistics for your channel, ensuring on-time fulfillment and delivery, managing sales order and inventory accuracy, and driving continuous improvement through chargeback analysis, KPI tracking (e.g., OTIF, in-stocks), and retailer supply chain insights.

This should describe you

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain management, retail sales, or customer supply chain roles.
  • Self-starter with strong internal and external relationship management skills
  • Strong understanding of key supply chain tools and resources
  • Attention to detail and ability to collaborate internally and externally is imperative to success in this role.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes such as Forecasting & Replenishment, Financial planning, Store Operations, Inventory Management, Order (retailer) Management, and Distribution & Logistics
  • Strong project management skills including organization and communication, with an ability to self-start initiatives and lead multiple team members (including third-party partners)
  • Strong understanding of excel and AI tools, with ability to cut through data to generate, prioritize, and communicate key operational insights

Here's who you'll work with

  • Reporting to our Manager of Digital Supply Chain
  • You will partner closely with other members of the Amazon Supply Chain team, and be part of a broader Customer Supply Chain group supporting other retailers
  • You’ll work closely with other members of the Digital, Supply, Quality, and Finance teams
  • You will work closely with senior leaders from across the business who are stakeholders in Amazon operations
