About Harry’s

Harry’s is a men’s grooming brand that offers high quality shave, body, hair, and skin care products at an exceptional value. Launched in 2013, Harry’s redefined the shaving experience and helped pioneer the earliest era of direct to consumer in the process. Since then, the brand has become the #2 shave brand globally and expanded to offer products for every step in its customer’s routine. Harry’s is also on a mission to ensure guys have access to quality mental health care. To date, the brand has helped connect over 2 million men to quality mental health resources.

Harry’s is part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category-leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. Driven by a mission to “Create Things People Like More,”  the company is creating a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives and ultimately change the status quo. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. Mammoth Brands is committed to making a positive impact and donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date.

The Harry's working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday.  Can’t forget the free products and the opportunity to have some meetings without Zoom!

About the Role

Growth marketing is being rewritten in real time — by creators, by platforms, and by the collapsing line between community, performance, and commerce. We’re hiring a VP of Growth Marketing & Social Commerce to architect what growth looks like next across Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando.

Reporting to the CMO of Harry’s and Flamingo, this role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, creator economics, and social commerce. You will own growth for Harry’s and Flamingo end-to-end — and define how creator-led performance (influencer, affiliate, TikTok Shop) scales from emerging channels into a durable growth engine across our entire portfolio.

We believe creator-led, highly metricized marketing models are central to the future of performance marketing. At the same time, scaled growth still requires excellence across traditional performance channels such as paid social, search, video, and audio. This role brings both together into a single, integrated growth system.

This is not a channel owner role — and it’s not about optimizing one lever in isolation. This is a growth architect role, built for a leader who wants to design systems, not just manage spend, and who is not willing to settle for the status quo.

What You’ll Do

Set the Growth Vision

● Define the vision, strategy, and operating model for across direct response channels, creator-led performance marketing, affiliate marketing, TikTok Shop, and performance creative.

● Integrate traditional performance channels with creator-led growth into a single, cohesive system that drives both scale and efficiency.

● Build repeatable growth playbooks that can be applied across Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando.

Own Investment Strategy and Measurement

● Own budgets, forecasts, and performance narratives for a significant portion of the company’s marketing investment.

● Lead how success is measured by evolving beyond last-touch ROAS to understand incrementality, cross-channel interaction, and profit-based returns.

● Partner closely with Analytics and Finance to ensure measurement frameworks support real business decisions.

● Make and clearly communicate tradeoffs between efficiency, experimentation, and long-term demand creation.

Lead and Develop High-Impact Teams

● Lead senior teams across Growth Marketing, Performance Influencer and Affiliate, TikTok Shop, and Performance Creative.

● Build operating systems that enable speed, accountability, and strong collaboration across these teams and with cross-functional commercial partners.

● Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and disciplined execution.

Drive Channel and Creative Excellence

● Set direction for high-velocity performance creative across paid social, video, audio, creator content, and emerging platforms.

● Ensure growth strategies work cohesively across direct-to-consumer, Amazon, and retail channels.

● Stay at the cutting edge of platform shifts, media fragmentation, creator economics, and performance marketing innovation, and make smart bets ahead of the curve.

Partner at the Enterprise Level

● Act as a senior thought partner to the CMO and executive team on growth strategy, marketing mix, and major business initiatives.

● Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Analytics to ensure growth efforts align with broader business objectives.

● Represent social commerce and growth marketing in enterprise leadership forums.

This Might Describe You

● Fifteen or more years of experience in growth marketing, influencer marketing, or ecommerce, with a track record of building and scaling complex and highly efficient growth engines.

● Deep experience driving scale through traditional performance channels such as paid social, search, video, audio, etc.

● Strong expertise in performance influencer and affiliate marketing, with clear ownership of ROAS, experimentation, and measurement rigor.

● Experience owning large budgets of $30M dollars or more and making investment decisions in ambiguous environments.

● Highly analytical, with a strong point of view on incrementality, profit-based measurement, and cross-channel performance.

● A strategic and inventive leader who enjoys building teams, systems, and new ways of working.

● Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and inspire high-performing teams.

● Comfort thinking beyond your immediate remit and understanding marketing’s role in the broader commercial, supply chain, and P&L context.

● Bonus experience in personal care, beauty, or CPG.

Why This Role Is Special

● You will define how creator-led performance and traditional growth marketing work together at scale — not as experiments, but as a durable, repeatable engine across a multi-brand portfolio. You will truly own the future of how we grow.

● You will operate with enterprise-level visibility and influence, helping shape how marketing, commerce, and measurement evolve together. And you will have real ownership — with a clear path into broader marketing or commercial leadership for someone who wants to build, not just inherit.
