New York, NY

About Harry’s

Harry’s is a men’s grooming brand that offers high quality shave, body, hair, and skin care products at an exceptional value. Launched in 2013, Harry’s redefined the shaving experience and helped pioneer the earliest era of direct to consumer in the process. Since then, the brand has become the #2 shave brand globally and expanded to offer products for every step in its customer’s routine. Harry’s is also on a mission to ensure guys have access to quality mental health care. To date, the brand has helped connect over 2 million men to quality mental health resources.

Harry’s is part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category-leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. Driven by a mission to “Create Things People Like More,”  the company is creating a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives and ultimately change the status quo. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. Mammoth Brands is committed to making a positive impact and donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date.

We build brands that move fast and think big — and we hire people who are curious about AI, willing to experiment with it in their day-to-day work, and excited to accelerate what's possible. We prioritize giving our team the tools, training, and space to build real fluency, so you grow alongside the technology and help shape how we use it.

About the Role

Most performance creative roles live in one lane: you're either the strategist with the deck, the maker with the camera, or the media buyer with the dashboard. This role owns all three.

As Senior Associate, Full-Funnel Growth Creative, you'll run the complete loop — from pulling insights and writing the brief, to shooting and editing the asset, to trafficking it into paid channels and reading the results. You'll do this across three brands (Harry's, Flamingo and Lume), contributing towards our high-velocity creative engine that turns consumer understanding into measurable growth for new products.

You'll sit within the Upstream team and report to the Director of Upstream Innovation, Brand Marketing, working closely with Growth, Makers, and Supply Chain. This is a rare opportunity to drive creative output and media performance simultaneously — with real accountability, real visibility, and real impact.

What You'll Do

Insights & Strategy

  • Mine performance data, consumer insights, and platform trends to identify what's working, what's stale, and what's worth testing next.
  • Develop testable creative hypotheses — framing the 'why' behind each concept before production begins.
  • Write clear, actionable creative briefs (for yourself and external collaborators) that translate consumer truth into executional direction.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis across Harry's, Flamingo, and Lume category landscapes to surface opportunities and whitespace.

Creative Production

  • Ideate, concept, and script, 5+ net-new creative concepts per week, per product for paid social. Strong candidates will also be able to shoot and edit when appropriate.
  • Produce assets across formats: short-form video, static, UGC-style, and light motion — comfortable owning end-to-end with minimal handoffs.
  • Use AI tools (e.g. Veo, Imagen, ChatGPT) to generate, iterate, and accelerate asset production.
  • Support content capture on set — from scrappy phone shoots to larger-scale productions.

Media Execution & Optimization

  • Traffic and launch campaigns across paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Snap, YouTube, and others), independently managing day-to-day ad operations.
  • Monitor key performance metrics daily, flag meaningful trends, and make real-time optimizations to maximize efficiency of spend.
  • Build and maintain a structured testing and learning plan — clear hypotheses, defined success metrics, and stakeholder-ready readouts.
  • Translate performance results into the next iteration of creative, closing the loop between what ran and what gets made next.
  • Report on learnings to cross-functional stakeholders, clearly communicating what worked, what didn't, and what we do next.

Who You Are

You're a full-stack growth creative — someone who gets energized by owning the whole thing, not just one piece of it. You probably have a background in performance marketing, content creation, or growth, and at some point realized the lane was too narrow. You're equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and behind & in-front of a camera when necessary.

  • Customer-obsessed: you instinctively ask what the customer needs to hear, not just what the brand wants to say.
  • Data-fluent: you can pull and interpret performance data independently, and you use it to make better creative decisions — not just to report on the past.
  • A maker: you're hands-on by default. Shooting, editing, and designing are things you actually do, not things you delegate.
  • AI-believer and adoptor: you see AI tools as a creative accelerator and are actively building fluency in the latest generation of generative video, image, and copy tools because you truly believe it’s not only the future, but the present
  • Socially native: you understand the nuance of how audiences consume content differently on TikTok vs. Meta vs. YouTube, and you design briefs for those differences instinctively.
  • Fast and iterative: high-output environments energize you. You can move quickly without losing craft or curiosity.
  • A clear communicator: you can tailor a message — written or verbal — to any room, from a creative review to a leadership readout.
  • Proactive: you're comfortable with ambiguity and will create structure where there isn't any rather than waiting for it.

Experience & Skills

We care more about what you've built and shipped than a specific credential path — but here's what typically sets candidates up to succeed:

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, growth creative, or a related role — ideally at a DTC brand, agency, or startup where you touched creative and media together.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social platforms — Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager — including campaign setup, daily optimization, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in creative production tools: Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and/or Figma.
  • Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation, performance analysis, and test tracking.
  • Experience briefing and producing UGC or creator-led content.
  • Bonus: experience managing media across Google, Snap, or YouTube in addition to Meta and TikTok.
  • Bonus: experience working across multiple brands simultaneously.
