Dungeons & Dragons is seeking an Art Manager to lead and scale our Concept Art, Art Direction, and Graphic Design capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and execution, shaping how our visual worlds come to life while building the systems, partnerships, and talent needed to deliver at scale.

What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop High-Performing Creative Teams
- Build, mentor, and empower a team of artists across concept, design, and art direction
- Set clear expectations, provide actionable feedback, and invest in career growth
- Cultivate an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives strengthen creative outcomes
- Model leadership through ownership, transparency, and a commitment to raising the bar
Own Art Production & Delivery
- Oversee the execution of a high volume of internal and outsourced artwork across multiple projects
- Establish and evolve scalable pipelines that balance creativity, speed, and quality
- Anticipate needs, remove blockers, and proactively plan resourcing to support business priorities
- Partner with external vendors and freelancers to ensure consistent quality and alignment with brand standards
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with game design, product strategy, production, marketing, and digital teams to deliver cohesive player experiences
- Translate creative vision into clear plans and actionable deliverables
- Align stakeholders through strong communication, thoughtful prioritization, and data-informed decision making
- Influence outcomes by building trust and navigating ambiguity with confidence
What You’ll Bring
- Creative leadership experience (3+ years) managing artists or creative teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of art pipelines, commissioning, and outsourcing models
- A track record of owning outcomes—balancing creative excellence with operational rigor
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, adapting processes to meet evolving project needs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively
- High attention to detail paired with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
- Comfort with tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Smartsheet, Miro, or similar collaboration platforms

The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
Pay Range
$151,500 - $227,200 USD
