Associate Manager, Franchise Business D&D

Renton, Washington, United States

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.

After 52 years as The World's Greatest Roleplaying Game, D&D's next adventure must turn big ideas into products fans can actually pick up and play. How do we make sure that happens — reliably, on time, and at scale?

We're hiring an Associate Manager, Franchise Business to help answer that question and provide the program management backbone behind our franchise growth, licensing, and partner initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll coordinate cross-functional activity across franchise, licensing, business development, and legal teams — supporting partner negotiations, tracking approvals, and keeping programs on schedule — so that D&D's franchise team can stay focused on finding and building the next great D&D experience.

This role is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Renton, WA office location.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate multiple concurrent franchise growth and licensing programs, ensuring on-time execution against key milestones.
  • Build and maintain the systems that surface program status, risks, dependencies, and progress for leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Drive consistency in brand execution and compliance across partners.
  • Manage the flow of partner deliverables for publishing and content operations - leading asset reviews, consolidating feedback, and tracking approvals, to ensure content and promotional materials ship on time and on-brand.
  • Provide data-driven reporting and insights that support business growth decisions and performance tracking.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in program or project management, ideally supporting business development, licensing, or strategic partnership functions.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience consolidating stakeholder feedback and driving alignment.
  • Comfort working with data and reporting to track program performance and surface insights.
  • Passion for Dungeons & Dragons is a plus!
