We are seeking a Game Support Representative (Product Replacement) who loves our products and is passionate about customer service! They will represent our brands by interacting directly with our customers as well as processing and shipping products to consumers. This frontline role is located at our headquarters in Renton, Washington.

What You’ll Do as a Game Support Representative:

  • Provide excellent customer service via email through our CRM.
  • Leverage public-facing communications about products we release, and products released via partners.
  • Identify customer concerns and validate customer requests for replacement product while improving customer sentiment after a poor product experience.
  • Process orders for shipping, both domestic and international.
  • Use the tools and guides provided to find, fix, and tackle problems — and know when it’s time to raise an issue to the next level.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Customer Service: 2+ years experience working in customer service. Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with a sophisticated understanding of customer service principles, skills, processes and techniques.
  • Ability to craft clear, customer-facing and internal communications.
  • Initiative to investigate issues and provide recommendations for updates to procedures and policy.
  • Product Familiarity: Ability to stay familiar with an evolving catalog of products and understand what is meaningful to customers.
  • Experience with CRM systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence a plus.
  • The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Please note that this is a temporary assignment through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Workwell as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards or Hasbro.

Compensation Rate, Currency USD:

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $21.65
