Recruiting Coordinator (Contingent/Contract)

We’re seeking a highly organized and candidate-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. You will help deliver a seamless hiring experience by coordinating interviews, onsite and travel logistics, maintaining accurate recruiting data, preparing reports, and keeping candidates and hiring teams informed throughout the process. 

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. 

This temporary assignment is expected to last approximately six months with the opportunity to extend up to one year. 

Location & Work Arrangement: This is a remote position open to candidates who reside and work in Washington State. 

What You'll Do 

  • Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews across multiple time zones, including calendars, meeting links, conference rooms, interview materials, and schedule changes. 
  • Serve as a welcoming and responsive point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers. 
  • Support onsite interview logistics, including candidate travel, itineraries, accommodations, and expense-reimbursement coordination. 
  • Maintain accurate candidate, interview, and job information in Greenhouse and ensure recruiting activities are documented consistently. 
  • Prepare and distribute the weekly interview-scheduling report, identify delays or scheduling risks, and follow up on outstanding actions. 
  • Manage the employee referral-bonus report and tracker, partnering with recruiters and Talent Acquisition Operations to validate eligibility and prepare approved referrals for processing. 
  • Support interview-plan readiness, debrief scheduling, candidate communications, and other recruiting-process activities. 
  • Track recruiting activities, service levels, and process issues to help the team identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 
  • Handle candidate and employee information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. 

What You'll Bring 

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, operations, or administrative support. 
  • Experience coordinating complex schedules across multiple stakeholders and time zones. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and follow-through. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a thoughtful and candidate-focused approach. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word, along with experience using applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse experience is preferred. 
  • Comfort working with reports, spreadsheets, and detailed data. 
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and commitment to confidentiality. 
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset and interest in improving how work gets done. 

Employment Details: 
Please note that this is a temporary assignment through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Workwell as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards or Hasbro.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the hourly pay range and benefits available for this role. 

Hourly Pay Range: $25.00 - $33.00

The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
