Job Overview

Our team is looking for an Executive Assistant to support three of our leaders and work alongside the broader Executive Assistant community and serve as a trusted strategic partner across Wizards of the Coast's dynamic global business. This role goes well beyond calendar management. It calls for exceptional judgment, discretion, and organization, plus the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

The Executive Assistant will manage executive operations, coordinate cross-functional priorities, facilitate communication with senior leadership and external partners, and keep business activities running smoothly. This role is based at our Boston office and follows a hybrid schedule designed to support in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite on Mondays and Fridays.

What You'll Do

  • Manage complex, constantly evolving calendars for multiple executives across time zones, prioritizing meetings by strategic importance and business impact.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive business information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify solutions.
  • Track key initiatives and follow up on commitments to make sure deadlines are met.
  • Help prepare presentations, executive communications, and board-level materials.
  • Manage competing priorities while staying flexible as business needs evolve.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, off-sites, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Coordinate meetings with licensors, licensees, entertainment partners, agencies, retailers, and other senior executives.
  • Manage expense reporting, purchase requests, and other administrative processes.
  • Continuously improve administrative processes and find opportunities for greater efficiency.
  • Use AI tools in your daily work, experimenting with new ways to save time, improve quality, and help the team get more from them.
  • Collaborate with the broader Executive Assistant community.
  • Support special projects and executive initiatives as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years supporting senior executives in a complex corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience coordinating international travel and managing global calendars.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), collaboration tools like Teams, and AI platforms.
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment and prioritization.
  • Experience supporting executives in consumer products, entertainment, licensing, media, or retail.
  • Experience working with international teams and external business partners.

Notice Regarding Hasbro’s use of AI in the Recruitment Process

We use Greenhouse’s AI-powered Talent Matching tool to compare your application against our job requirements.

How it works: Talent Matching compares information from your resume and application responses with job-related criteria established and weighted by Hasbro’s recruiting and hiring teams. Depending on the role, these criteria may include relevant skills, work experience, prior job titles, and industry experience. The tool then assigns a match category to help organize applications for review.

Human oversight: Talent Matching supports — but does not replace — human review. It does not automatically advance or reject candidates or make employment decisions. Hasbro’s recruiters and hiring managers review applications and remain responsible for all hiring decisions.

Greenhouse has published the results of an independent bias audit of Talent Matching. View the Greenhouse Talent Matching audit results.
