That’s where we come in. At Hatch, we’re on a mission to help people build better sleep habits—so they can feel more focused, energized, and present in their lives. We’ve designed best-in-class smart sleep devices, paired with science-backed sleep content, to help people unwind nightly, sleep deeply, and wake gently. More than 5 million sleepers of all ages have made space for rest with Hatch, with our baby products in 1 in 3 nurseries and our adult product, Restore, taking over nightstands (and TikTok) worldwide.

🌙 The Opportunity: Fall Internships at Hatch (Sept–Dec)

At Hatch, we believe great sleep changes everything — and our team is on a mission to help people make space for rest. We’re looking for curious minds and kind hearts to join us as Fall Interns and help bring that mission to life.

This is more than just an internship. We’re seeking thoughtful, motivated individuals who want to lean in, ask questions, and contribute meaningfully to the work we do every day. Whether you’re exploring your future in design, marketing, engineering, or something in between — if you’re excited to learn and ready to roll up your sleeves, we’d love to hear from you.

📍Location Details

This internship is remote-friendly. While our team is based in Redwood City, CA, fall interns may work from any state where Hatch is registered to operate.

We’ll stay connected through regular virtual check-ins, collaborative projects, and moments of team connection — because building trust and community doesn’t have to be in-person to be real.
