Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee residential landscaping and paving projects from start to finish.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and installation crews to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and quality standards.
• Communicate with homeowners to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for each project.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and best practices.
• Track project budgets and costs to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction management, landscaping, or paving.
• Strong knowledge of hardscaping, grading, and paving techniques.
• Experience managing subcontractors and project timelines.
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
