Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Regional Sales Representative to manage and grow our customer base throughout San Diego County. This individual will be responsible for representing SITECH’s full portfolio of construction technology products, including machine control systems, site positioning equipment, and software platforms.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in sales, a passion for technology, and experience working within the construction or heavy equipment industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, equipment dealers, and key accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for new and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored technology solutions, including hardware, software, and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, customer trainings, and presentations.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasting to management.
  • Collaborate with internal technical support, service, and administrative teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on Trimble and SITECH product lines, industry trends, and competitive activity.
  • Attend regional trade shows, customer events, and networking opportunities.

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical sales role; construction, heavy equipment, or related technology background preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction, earthmoving, or heavy equipment industries is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a geographically distributed territory.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and digital collaboration tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally throughout San Diego County on a daily basis.
