The Role: Senior Clinical Operations Analyst

Location: Remote

As the Senior Clinical Operations Analyst, you will have a critical position in scaling one of the fastest-growing private companies in the US. Hazel Health is the market leader, with 2-3x year-over-year growth for multiple years in a row. The Senior Clinical Operations Analyst will be part of a small, cross-functional team that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of mental health services. In this role, you will bridge the gap between clinical practice, technology, and the operational side of the telehealth service, ensuring that both students and providers have a seamless, effective experience. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor and analyze trends across our most important metrics and determine changes to be made at the therapist, supervisor, and state level
  • Independently design & prepare regular reports on key performance indicators to inform decision-making at both operational and strategic levels
  • Identify, recommend, and potentially lead creative sophisticated process improvements to enhance the efficiency of service delivery, ensuring students have timely access to care
  • Help drive efforts to ensure an appropriate balance between demand for services and available resources
  • Help build & advise on better workflows for Clinical Supervisors to better assess therapist performance
  • Ensure quality of new process roll outs
  • Contribute to the development of internal guidelines and policies related to student mental health and telehealth procedures
  • Regularly partner with stakeholders across multiple teams, including at senior levels of the organization, on Clinical Operations metrics and KPIs

What Excites Us:

  • 4+ years experience in analytics, forecasting and model build out
  • Experience with SQL 
  • Well versed in multiple platforms and BI tools
  • Excellent analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency to develop systems’ reports, queries and forecasting models

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $75,000 - $90,000, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and a broad range of other benefits and perks. Review our benefits at Hazel Health Benefits.
